RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you 💖 all your purchases from The Rue Boutique, but we understand sometimes you may need to return an item.  Purchases are eligible for exchange or refund if returned within 5 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this time, your item would not be eligible for exchange or return. 

To be eligible for exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. No perfume, make-up, dog hair or cigarette smell will be accepted.

Accessories, Gift Cards & Sale items are FINAL SALE

and exchanges or returns are not accepted on these items

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once your return is approved & processed, a refund will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund.

Please return your item neatly and in wrapping to protect the item.
